Sanofi Flagship at M Station West – NAIOP NJ 2026 Transformation Deal of the Year

Sanofi’s flagship headquarters at M Station West in Morristown was awarded NAIOP New Jersey’s 2026 Transformation Deal of the Year, one of the organization’s highest honors. Developed by SJP Properties in partnership with Scotto Properties, the 260,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters brought more than 2,000 employees to downtown Morristown and helped accelerate the area’s revitalization. The award recognizes the project’s exceptional impact, from workplace innovation and transit-oriented design to its lasting economic and community benefits.
