Projects Award 2026

HELIX NJ – H-2, the second phase of the New Jersey Health + Life Science Exchange in New Brunswick, was honored with the 2026 New Jersey Alliance for Action Leading Capital Construction Projects Award. As the future home of Nokia Bell Labs, the project was recognized for advancing New Jersey’s innovation economy and strengthening a growing, transit-oriented research and development hub.
