CoStar Impact Award 2026

Sanofi at M Station West in Morristown received the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year in Northern New Jersey. Developed by SJP Properties in partnership with Scotto Properties, the project was recognized for its transformative impact on Morristown through transit-oriented design, workplace innovation, and downtown revitalization.
