NJ FUTURE Smart Growth Award – 2023

SJP Properties was recognized as a finalist for the NJ Future Smart Growth Award for its Valley Bank Headquarters project in Morristown, New Jersey. The Smart Growth Awards honor projects that embody smart planning, strong design, and meaningful community impact.

Working with Scotto Properties, SJP delivered Valley Bank’s new 120,000 square foot headquarters on Speedwell Avenue, completed in June 2023. The project brings more than 660 professionals to downtown Morristown, strengthening the local economy and adding 14,500 square feet of new retail space.
